In this ongoing weekly class, participants will learn yoga practices to improve the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. These practices will help participants feel more present and comfortable in the body, begin to recognize the mind-body connection, and build skills to feel better. This class is accessible for any body type and physical ability.
